Here is the official performers schedule and well as the information as to when the silent auction items will be cut at! 

IT IS AT THE SLOVENIAN CANADIAN CULTURAL HALL ON 16703 66ST FROM 

11AM-10PM

It will be indoor and outdoor if weather permits but if it does rain the event will still be going on but it will all be inside!

Carnival Games will be until 6 (bouncy house, face painting, photo shoot stand, bowling, obstacle course, beanie toss, Teddy Bear Draw, ect.)

BBQ until 7:30 (or sold out) but drinks and small food items will still be sold

Silent Auctions will have two cuts, the first cut at 3:30pm and the second cut at 7:30pm!
